Office shop fit out, showing a stud partition wall being erected, plastered and then showing the finished works. A new suspended ceiling was also installed with energy efficient lighting.

Removed old banister and spindles and replaced with lighter oak and glass panels to modernise the stairwell. The fire door in the background was also replaced with a higher standard safety door.

The customer was ready to put the house up for sale and we suggested them having the repointing done. For a potential buyer, this would have been one of the first things they would have seen and first impressions count when selling a home. A simple task that costs very little to make the front of the house more presentable.
